Chart Toolkit provides quick healthcare formatting and study tools. Your data stays in your browser whenever possible, and the site is built to avoid unnecessary accounts, databases, and server-side processing.
Information users provide voluntarily
You may voluntarily enter text into tools or email info@charttoolkit.com. Do not send patient information, real identifiers, or sensitive clinical text in support requests.
Browser-based and local processing
Many tools operate through browser-based processing. Pasted text is designed to be processed locally whenever possible. Some browser or hosting infrastructure may still be involved in loading the website files themselves.
Cookies and local storage
No account is required. Theme preference may be saved in localStorage. Optional convenience features, such as local autosave, may also use browser local storage and should not be used for sensitive information unless you understand the limits and your applicable policies.
Email Signup and Free Resource Downloads
Email signup is optional. Some free printable resources may require email signup so download access can be delivered by email. If you sign up for free resources, your email address may be collected by the email service provider used for newsletter delivery and download access. Tool inputs remain local in the browser and are not uploaded by the website tools. Newsletter and free-resource forms are separate from browser-based tools. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Do not enter clinical notes, patient identifiers, or patient data into email signup forms.
Analytics
Chart Toolkit currently does not include analytics. This website may include affiliate links, sponsorships, analytics, or advertising in the future. If added, those relationships and services will be disclosed where required, and this privacy policy may be updated.
Third-party services
The current tool workflows do not require a backend or database. External links, support links, book retailer links, hosting infrastructure, browser features, or future integrations may involve third-party services outside Chart Toolkit. For example, book links may open Amazon or another retailer, where that third party's privacy policy and terms apply.

This website may include affiliate links, retailer links, or sponsorships. If affiliate relationships are used, they will be disclosed where required.
Advertising
